Welcome to our latest Cape Cod and Islands high school girls soccer Players of the Week Poll.
High school sports fans can vote for which girls soccer athletes they think were standouts during the previous week.
The poll will be open from Tuesday through Monday. The winners will be announced every Tuesday along with the new poll.

Lili Shanahan, Cape Cod Academy
Shanahan won her first poll of the season in a close race with 30% of the votes. The goalie had 14 saves, including a penalty save, for the Seahawks in a loss to Upper Cape.

Olivia Avellar, Nauset
Avellar scored five of the six goals for the Warriors in a 6-0 win over Sturgis West.
Addison Cheney, St. John Paul II
Cheney led the way with three goals and one assist for the Lions in a 7-1 win over Nantucket.
Ella Cheney, St. John Paul II
Cheney finished with three goals and two assists and led the Lions to their first win of the season as they beat Cape Cod Academy 7-1.

Emily Coogan, Martha’s Vineyard
Coogan scored twice in a 7-0 win over O’Bryant.
Karah Deveau, Monomoy
Deveau had two goals in a 4-1 win over Rising Tide.
Raegan Dillon, St. John Paul II
Dillon had a brace (two goals) and one assist in a win over Nantucket.

Elena Giordano, Martha’s Vineyard
Giordano played the role of goal provider, and goal scorer as she assisted three of Martha’s Vineyard’s seven goals, and scored one herself in a win over O’Bryant.
Rylie Gillis, Monomoy
Gillis dished out two assists as the Sharks beat the Herons.
Abby Jarvis, Sturgis East
Jarvis scored a goal and handed out two helpers in a 6-0 win over Barnstable.
Caroline Kennard, Nauset
Kennard handed out four assists and scored her first goal of the season in a win over Sturgis West.

Scarlett Oberton, Falmouth
Oberton had a pair of goals to lead the Clippers to a 3-3 tie with St. John Paul II.
Kiki Pigo Cronin, Monomoy
Pigo Cronin had a goal and an assist in a 4-0 win over Dennis-Yarmouth.
Charlotte Westberg, Sturgis East
Westberg had a hat trick and dished out an assist in a shutout win over Barnstable.
