NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) – A local business is once again looking to give back in a big way. Grandels Roofing & Construction is hosting their third-annual roof giveaway.
Zane Grandel, who has owned his business for the past 14 years, said the contest is his way of thanking the community for its support.
“It’s just looking for somebody that’s in need, whether they’ve fallen on hard times or they have issues,” Grandel said. “We’re just looking for people to nominate somebody that’s definitely deserving of a free roof.”
The prize package is worth between $5,000 to $7,000.
The deadline to nominate someone is March 1. A winner will be announced March 7.
