Automated Logic Contracting Services Inc. (Automated Logic Corporation), a leading provider of innovative building management solutions, today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Standard Plumbing Heating Controls (SPHC), an independent automated logic dealer based in Spokane, Washington. Automated Logic is part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), the world’s leading provider of intelligent climate and energy solutions.
SPHC specializes in HVAC and building automation for a variety of segments including schools, colleges, universities, commercial buildings and healthcare facilities.
Automated Logic expects to close the acquisition of SPHC in the third quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
