Stephen and MaRanda Kerley started a man-made and natural disaster recovery business.
The Sand Springs couple recently became 1-800 WATER DAMAGE franchisees, serving the Owasso community and surrounding areas throughout the Tulsa area.
The brand’s services include water and flood damage remediation, mold remediation, wastewater treatment, fire and smoke damage remediation, critical cleaning and disinfection.
Before 1-800 WATER DAMAGE opened, the Kerleys were both professional artists. Stephen is also an Army Veteran. They have an extensive background in property management, repairs and construction and are familiar with a wide variety of properties.
“After overseeing and leading efforts on the sales and leasing side, we have made the decision to change careers,” MaRanda said in a press release. “We are excited that by opening our own … business we are able to prioritize reliability and professional service and give back to our community the best we can.”
