In this role, Mr. Woolf will apply his extensive financial due diligence experience to lead teams advising both private equity firms and corporate clients through strategic events.

Based in New York, Mr. Woolf has 20 years of experience advising clients on their buy and sell-side transactions across a broad range of industries and deal sizes. He has advised clients on a range of different situations including global carve-outs, public-to-private, distressed, and dispute resolution. Mr. Woolf has significant experience working with private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, investment banks, and corporate acquirers. Prior to joining Palm Tree, Mr. Woolf held positions with Alvarez & Marsal and PwC.
