Jonathan Leiken has joined Dollar Tree, Inc. as executive vice president, chief legal officer, and secretary, according to a Monday news release.
Leiken joins the company after serving as executive vice president, chief legal officer, and secretary of Diebold Nixdorf, Inc., a technology company that provides systems, services, and software to banks and retailers, Dollar Tree said.
He has also practiced as a partner at Jones Day and as an assistant United States attorney in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in the criminal division, according to Dollar Tree.
