There were plenty of standout performances last week in Central Mass. girls’ soccer action, so we rounded up a handful of the best for readers to vote on for the StormWorks Roofing & Restoration girls’ soccer player of the week.

Congratulations to Hudson’s McKenna McGuire, who topped last week’s poll with 5,614 votes (55 percent) to edge Bay Path’s Kayla Schroeder (2,400 votes) for the honor.

Eliana Barnett, David Prouty  

Barnett scored three times, with her third in the 38th minute to tie the game for the visiting Panthers, in a 3-3 draw with Uxbridge.  

Kat Davis, Nashoba 

Davis continues to deliver offensively for the Wolves as she scored twice in a 5-0 win over Shepherd Hill, added four goals in an 8-3 win over North Middlesex and had a goal and assist in an 8-0 beatdown of Bromfield.  

Maddy Cunha, Clinton 

Cunha collected two goals and an assist in the Gaels’ 3-0 win over West Boylston.  

Lola Follansbee, Grafton 

Follansbee delivered two goals and two assists in the Gators’ victory over South and then scored the lone goal in an 1-0 win over Sutton.  

Natalie Frazer, Auburn 

Frazer found the back of the net three times for a hat trick as the visiting Rockets soared past Oxford, 7-0. 

Margaret Johnson, Whitinsville Christian  

Johnson had a goal and added four assists as the host Crusaders blanked South, 6-0.  

Shannen Luksha, West Boylston 

This goaltender netted two back-to-back shutouts in wins over Doherty (3-0) and Fitchburg (6-0).  

Ava Magnuson, Sutton  

Magnuson collected three goals to help the host Suzies beat Hopedale, 5-2.  

Julia Rubinow, Tahanto  

Rubinow had two goals and one assist as the visiting Stags beat Tyngsborough, 4-1.  

Lilina Shieres, Tantasqua  

Shieres scored three times for a hat trick as the visiting Warriors topped Oxford prior to scoring the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Ludlow.  

Ava VanBuskirk, Marlborough

The leading scorer in Central Mass. continued her torrid start with two goals in a 3-0 win over Hudson before adding a hat trick in the Panthers’ 5-2 victory over Valley Tech.
