Jeff Lambert has been in Texas for 28 years and says he’s owned a handful of successful businesses that all share the same idea: providing excellent customer service.
Lambert said he got his entrepreneurial beginnings in his family business and later went into business for himself with a window cleaning and pressure washing business, which was later incorporated back into the family business. Gutter cleaning followed and the roofing was a natural fit, he said.

Lambert opened No Mess Roofing & Guttering in Spring 2017. The full-service roofing and guttering company designs and installs roofing and rain control systems, as well as roof repairs and cleaning.
Lambert said the number one thing a homeowner can do to extend the life of their roof is to replace it. No Mess Roofing & Gutters have added roof replacement services to their service offering with a Greener Shingles product.
“It’s an excellent product that’s completely eco-friendly,” Lambert said. “It’s a proprietary soy-based oil that replaces oils lost through aging.”
During the renewal process, the shingle grains are better bound, which helps the roof prevent damage from hail and wind, Lambert said. He added that roof rejuvenation also makes the roof look better by smothering streaks of moss and black algae that make the roof look old.
“I had heard about the product myself and was interested,” Lambert said. “I’ve researched carefully and found this to be a viable, excellent alternative to replacing roofs because of the price [of roofing] went so high.”
According to Lambert, adding five to 15 years to the life of a roof through renovation also has a significant impact on the environment.
“It takes 300 years for a shingle to decompose in a landfill,” Lambert said.
In addition, he said that shingles in landfills could leak cancer-causing chemicals into groundwater.
