Rick Hinkson, owner of Eureka Contracting & Roofing, said customers can expect his employees to be respectful, courteous and knowledgeable when they are performing free inspections or consultations.
His company, which began in 2012, has 10 employees.
“When we connect with customers, we’re as professional as ever,” Hinkson said. “We show up in standard dress when we knock on their doors, step back and address people by their proper names. We try to park our vehicles out on the streets and not on the driveway.”
Roof maintenance, coatings and full replacements are all performed by an experienced team, Hinkson said.
“We treat the house like we do our own house,” Hinkson said.
He said his team is very tight-knit and rarely leave for another job.
Office manager Stacy Huggins, operations and productions manager Mike Ziegler and project sales leads Steve Jostes, John Sendobry and Ron Danner are the backbone of the company, said Hinkson, who has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and insurance industries.

Hinkson recommends twice-annual roof inspections, in the early spring and in the fall.
