PHA Scattered Sites Plumbing Services is a contract that provides services,
Repair and replacement of various plumbing problems in a variety of PHA
scattered houses.
A pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m
the Mt. Airy Hi-Rise Community Room, 200 East Arch Street, St. Paul. All
