TEXARKANA, Arkansas — A Miller County man was arrested after two incidents on Union Road Saturday.

David Kemp is charged with possession of a firearm by a certain individual and an act of terrorism, according to the Miller County Sheriff’s Office.

Saturday at 10:11 a.m., Cpl. Glenn Gross responded to an RV fire next to 1914 Union Road. Gross was also stopped at the scene by a man who told him the resident of the address had thrown roofing nails into the street, covering an area of ​​about 200 feet.

The trailer was completely enveloped and there were slight bangs and explosions, the sheriff’s office said in a press release.
