Scope of work consists of all labor, material, equipment, and other items necessary to complete the Design-Assist Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical portion of the work on the Science Building Project that is comprised of an approximately 124,613 GSF building. The new building will feature state-of-the-art labs for both teaching and research. Other programmatic functions will include offices, conference rooms, and shared student success and support spaces.
