Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions will exhibit at the 2024 International Roofing Expo, Feb. 6–8, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, located at Booth #5335, and showcase two launches: the Unified Steel Material List Generator and the new Unified Steel Cool Roof Colors.

Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions launched the Unified Steel Material List Generator at IRE. This interactive tool auto-generates a product list for Unified Steel Stone Coated Roofing and Westlake Royal Roofing Components. It simplifies the estimating process and integrates with traditional or 3D measurements. It’s free for builders and contractors.
Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions will also feature its new Unified Steel Cool Roof Colors, two hues rated by the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC), at the show. Each color provides high solar reflectivity and high thermal emittance when solar energy hits the roof surface, detracting sunlight and radiating heat off the roof surface.
The colors exceed California Energy Code (CEC) Title 24 Part 6 Cool Roof Requirements and, with a Solar Reflective Index greater than 20, also meet Los Angeles County’s more stringent SRI requirements. The new colors, Harborwood and Stirling Gray are offered in both PINE-CREST Shake and PACIFIC Tile profiles.
The company’s booth displays its primary product lines, including Unified Steel, Westlake Royal Roofing Components, composite shake and slate product lines from DaVinci Roofscapes, Newpoint Concrete Roof Tile, and US Tile Clay Roofing Products.
In addition to the new launches, Westlake will showcase selections from its various product lines including Newpoint Concrete Roof Tile, US Tile Clay Roofing Products, Unified Steel Stone Coated Roofing, DaVinci Roofscapes, Westlake Royal Roofing Components.
DaVinci will recognize roofers from coast to coast who have received the 2023 DaVinci Masterpiece Contractor Project of the Year Awards. Six residential projects and one commercial project have received the prestigious award. Qualifications for DaVinci Masterpiece Contractors to obtain the award include excellence of installation work, outstanding visual impact and ability of the roofing work to transform the look of a home or commercial project.
2024 IRE also marks the inaugural year for Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions to launch its Platinum sponsorship of National Women in Roofing, the volunteer-based organization that enhances the careers of women in the roofing industry. Support of the organization will begin in advance of IRE at the 7th Annual National Women in Roofing Days, Feb. 4-5, 2024.
