Kansas Roofing Contractor Again Cited for Alleged Fall Hazards

Kansas-based roofing contractor Triple A Built LLC faces $233,210 in proposed penalties and eight citations for allegedly exposing workers to safety hazards at work sites in Missouri, the Labor Department said Friday.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s citations alleged six instance-by-instance repeat violations for lack of fall protection and two repeat violations for not providing workers using powered nail guns with eye and face protection, according to DOL.
