In short, the firm repairs, replaces and instals roofs, but there’s more to it than just slates and tiles…

Luke said: “We’re thrilled to celebrate our 40th year in business.

“Every quotation we provide and each job we carry out is important to us.

“We pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service.

“We’re currently working on some large conservation projects and are proud to be the roofing contractor for English Heritage sites on and off the Island, including Osborne House.”

Founder, Kevin, died aged 62.

His son, Luke, 44, who joined the Newport-based company in 1995, has continued to drive the company forward, while Luke’s wife, Danielle, runs the office.

The company sponsors Island sporting talents, pro golfer Brandon Robinson Thompson and teenage sailor Arthur Farley.

Goodall Roofing won a Best Tradesperson award from Sydenhams in 2021.
