Greg talks about how he ended up going for a marketing career to partnering in an award winning roofing company.

He spent over 20 years at the boutique marketing company he and his wife started, and still utilizes that expertise as the operations manager for Pinnacle Roofing.

And, you’ll notice that Pinnacle Roofing has a reputation for great customer service—and Greg delves into what they do to set themselves apart.

He says the philosophy they follow is to just “treat people how you want to be treated.”

Specifically, he places an importance on being fair and honest, doing quality work and standing behind their warranties.

He adds that they try to keep in mind that replacing a roof is something that most homeowners do once or twice in a lifetime, so they try to keep the stress they’re under in mind.
