EPHRATA – Heavenly Roofing, a local roofing company, is holding a special raffle to show gratitude and support for military veterans. The company wants to give back to those who have selflessly served our country by providing a brand new roof to a deserving veteran absolutely free.
To enter, the public is encouraged to nominate a local veteran by submitting a picture of the veteran along with a brief paragraph explaining why they should be considered. Nominations may be submitted via direct message on Heavenly Roofing’s social media or by email to office@heavenly-roofing.com. Nominators are asked to also provide their contact details.
The nomination period is September 15, giving community members ample time to nominate deserving veterans who need a new roof. After careful consideration, a deserving veteran is chosen to be given a safe and durable roof.
Heavenly Roofing expressed their intent in a statement on their social media page to “come together as a community to show our gratitude and appreciation for our veterans.”
The company is owned by Yuritzi and Ramon Chavez from Ephrata.
