Webster plumbing company owner buys Worcester parcels for $750K

Jackson Street Apartments LLC of Webster has bought two properties located on Jackson Street in Worcester. 

The properties included in the sale are 1 Jackson St., a, 30,684-square-foot, five-story building, and 66 Jackson Street, a disused parcel of land.

The seller was Excel LLC of Worcester, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds. The sale price on the deal closed Monday was $750,000. 

Excel is owned by Wentao Huang and Huichun Chang of Worcester, according to the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth corporate database. Huang bought the properties for a combined price of $370,000 in April 2021 before transferring ownership to Excel, according to City of Worcester property records.

Jackson Street Apartments is owned by Jarrid Falke, who is the owner and operator of Falke Plumbing & Heating, based in Webster. 

The land at 66 Jackson St. is assessed by the City of Worcester for $70,900 in 2022, while the building and land at 1 Jackson St. was assessed at $274,600.
