Naples-based plumbing business Plumbing Nerds is adding a new division for HVAC services, which it’s named Cooling Nerds.
The expansion is a response to “growing customer demand for comprehensive home services,” according to a statement. The new division, the release adds, will specialize in emergency HVAC repair and diagnostics, air conditioning repair and replacement, heat pump repair and replacement, indoor air quality enhancements, routine HVAC maintenance and system upgrades and retrofitting.
Founder and CEO John Verhoff says Cooling Nerds “enhances the customer experience in Southwest Florida, something we have been dedicated to since 2007. The overwhelming positive response to our services naturally led us to offer air conditioning solutions. Our mission is to change the way the world views skilled trades by providing customers with highly-skilled professionals and a tech-savvy approach, achieved through continuous education and training.”
Cooling Nerds, says Verhoff in the release, will offer customers five distinct guarantees: the 100% satisfaction guarantee, upfront price guarantee, clean guarantee, five-star guarantee and the Cooling Nerds guarantee, which ensures using the latest cooling industry technology and products whenever available.
Plumbing Nerds and now Cooling Nerds has offices in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and Bonita Springs.
