THOMPSON, Conn. (WFSB) — Quaddick State Park in Thompson will remain closed on Sunday.
The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection said popular Quaddick State Park will remain temporarily closed Sunday as bathhouses close for an emergency plumbing repair.
“The park’s boat dock will remain open for boat docking only,” DEEP said in a statement.
According to DEEP, visitors should plan to visit other areas such as Hopeville Pond State Park, Rocky Neck State Park, or Hammonasset Beach State Park.
DEEP expects Quaddick State Park to reopen early next week.
