Plumbrite Services, LLC is a family owned plumbing business in Fountain Hills, in business since July 2020. Owned by Aaron Mielke and Tara Grova, Plumbrite provides commercial and residential plumbing services to residents of Fountain Hills and the greater Phoenix Valley area.
Plumbrite’s licensed, bonded and insured services include cleaning and drain cleaning, leak detection, water and sewer line inspection, water softener and filter installation, and repairs for faucets, toilets, showers, plumbing and much more .
Prior to founding Plumbrite Services, LLC, Grova worked in the property and casualty insurance industry for more than five years. She and Mielke have a daughter named Gracelyn who is her pride and joy.
Born and raised in Fountain Hills, Mielke worked in water reclamation for the union before taking a job with the City of Avondale Water Service. He returned to the union as a foreman and worked in the sewer repair service. Mielke has experience in mechanics, remodeling and building homes, including his parents’ home in Fountain Hills.
“I’ve always been a hands-on guy and I’ve always enjoyed learning how things work,” says Mielke. The birth of his daughter inspired him to start something new. “It was now or never and we felt like God was pushing us in that direction. My dad used to say, “If you want to see God at work, start your own business,” and that was true…we always had jobs from the start [and] I really enjoy what I do.”
Dedicated members of SBC – Fountain Hills, Mielke and Grova have founded their business model on the belief of loving your neighbor as yourself and treating your customers as they would like to be treated. As a family business, the two want to create a personal, family feeling in every customer interaction.
Mielke and Grova say they’ve both been at a loss for dishonest transactions with contractors and want to provide their customers with a better upfront experience.
“If we communicate, show up on time and are honest, we’re already in the top one percent,” said Mielke. “It’s hard to find an honest plumber and we hear that all the time. We charge a flat rate for 99% of all our jobs…we weren’t trying to sell anything and the techs aren’t working on a commission basis.”
Mielke said he understands the importance of treating his employees like family so that his customers are treated well. Mielke and Grova have enjoyed treating staff to tickets to Barrett-Jackson or offering them lodging at the Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale.
When time permits, Grova and Mielke volunteer and sponsor town events, but overall they enjoy supporting the community by providing quality plumbing services with excellent and honest customer service.
“Our slogan is, ‘If you want it done right, call Plumbrite,'” added Grova. “We just want to support people in a way that they haven’t been supported before.”
Plumbrite Services, LLC is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for emergency service and emergency service is available 24 hours a day by dialing 602-704-0549.
