FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – The Fargo School District is dealing with plumbing issues at one of their south-side elementary schools.

A Centennial Elementary parent contacted Valley News Live, concerned that her student texted her about the issue, but hadn’t heard from school officials. That mom said the children were using toilets that hadn’t been flushed all day.

The district tells Valley News Live the maintenance team and a contracted vendor is working to fix the plumbing at Centennial. School continued on Tuesday, but district officials say students were only able to use a certain set of restrooms.

No word yet on when the issue will be fixed. The full statement from Fargo Public Schools is below.
