The success was announced at the national conference in Perth last month.

“It’s a recognition of our team,” said owner and director Mel Slattery.

“It’s a recognition of the importance we place on all of our customers.”

The award is given based on a team’s ability to provide outstanding customer service.

This is derived from customer feedback the company receives through customer surveys and online reviews from the O’Brien Group.

Geoff Slattery, who also owns the company, thanked “all the customers who have responded to our surveys” for their positive feedback and “support.”

The criteria also assessed the level of training and processes aimed at improving the customer experience.

O’Brien Plumbing’s Clayton Zanella said they’re doing so well because they “have a team that’s excited to take part in training opportunities.”

He stressed the importance of “keeping up with the latest regulations in such a highly regulated industry.”

The Echuca-Moama team was one of 130 to qualify for the award.

“We firmly believe that our people are the driving force behind our success,” said Mr. Zanella.

“We could not receive this award without our amazing employees and their positive attitude and commitment.”
