One such initiative is the GIVE (‘GROHE Installer Vocational Training and Education’) program launched by GROHE in the North and West Africa region.

This program aims to strengthen the skills of plumbers in the EMENA region and provides hands-on training in line with the latest industry standards.

The GIVE program aims to help young people from diverse backgrounds improve their quality of life and that of their families.

Kaissar stated, “We offer students a training and education program that prepares them to become qualified installers and gives them a brighter future career.”

It should be noted that the GIVE program has already started in countries like Ghana in 2021 and Morocco in 2022.

Further openings are planned in the North and West Africa region in order to reach even more people and to contribute to the training of qualified plumbers in the plumbing industry.
