COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) – A Colorado Springs plumber and HVAC contractor is seeking a deserving veteran to receive a brand new water heater; Permission and labor included.
The President of APEX Plumbing and Mechanical is a veteran himself and told KRDO he wanted to find a way to say thank you to a comrade in need.
“It is this community that pays my bills and puts food on my table. You know, I think as a business owner, it’s my duty to give back. They know they gave me something, so we give something back,” Robert Burk said.
Apex is accepting nominations for a veteran or a veteran’s family to receive a complete residential water heater installation up to 50 gallons.
