City Plumbing – Logistics and Supply Chain Tech of the Year

City Plumbing, one of the UK’s leading heating and plumbing suppliers and part of the Highbourne Group, has been recognized as Logistics and Supply Chain Technology of the Year and Energy and Utilities Project of the Year at the prestigious National Technology Awards 2023.

Organized by National Technology, the awards, in their seventh year, recognize innovation and excellence in technology projects in both the commercial and public sectors.

This year’s winners were announced at a ceremony on May 25 at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London.

City Plumbing received both Supply Chain Tech of the Year and Energy and Utilities Project of the Year awards for its new Stock Star application.

The app was developed with partner British Gas, which provides energy maintenance and installation services to over nine million homes across the country.

Stock Star is a warehouse management and automation platform that reduces the time and resources spent on inventory taking and inventory planning while ensuring inventory levels meet a company’s needs. It also features an integrated order management system, allowing customers to gain insight into their installations and communicate with engineers when needed.
