JACKSON COUNTY, MI — Streets in a Blackman Township neighborhood will be closed due to tree felling.

The Jackson County Department of Transportation will close Bradley, McConnell and Alden onways and Burt Avenue in the Birdland subdistrict on Friday, April 7 due to tree felling. The closure will last about two weeks across the subdistrict, JCDOT officials said.

Roads will reopen at the end of each day and no detour routes will be posted. Motorists should look for alternative routes. The roads are open to residents, officials said.
