What started as a college job with her brother has grown into her own enduring and reputable business, which has won the New Braunfels Herald newspaper award for Best Roofer for the past seven years.
“We’re working on eight [years]right now,” Feller said.

She firmly believes in everyone’s involvement in the company’s decision-making process and rarely has to play what she calls the “boss card”.
Above all, Feller wants to help all of their employees to achieve top performance. One of their dreams is to set up a day care center for mothers with young children in their offices in the future.
