PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC, a Delaware-based company specializing in home repairs and replacements, has chosen Melford Town Center in Bowie as its first location in Maryland.
The company signed a lease for a 12,176-square-foot space with St. John Properties and planned to begin operations in May. The Bowie location will employ approximately 65 people and serve residential customers throughout central Maryland, Washington, DC and portions of Northern Virginia.
PJ Fitzpatrick has three offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and its new Maryland location was chosen to expand further south.
