Crooks who look like contractors who steal roofing materials once dropped off at a customer’s house. SECURITY CAMERAS CATCHED THIS WHITE VAN AT THE SCENE. Find out that there has been another actual incident in and around this area where the same thing happened for the same amount of money. John told me the scammers got away with about $5,000 worth of roofing and building materials. However, once a load is dropped off by a supplier, those materials become the property of the customer or homeowner. BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN STOLEN THESE HOMEOWNERS ACTUALLY NEED TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE IT IS THEFT AND GREAT THEFT AND ONCE WE DELIVER THESE MATERIALS AND PUT THESE MATERIALS INTO THEIR DRIVEWAY THESE HOMEOWNERS ACTUALLY NEED TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. SO NOT ONLY THE PROJECT IS DELAYED, BUT THE CUSTOMER PAYS ON LONG-TERM HIGHER PAYMENTS. And I’m told that doesn’t happen until a new roof is installed. It’s like they’re trained and know what they’re doing. After the order had been placed in full, they came in the same vans and picked up the leftover materials. JOHN TOLD ME THAT MONEY IS THE DRIVER BEHIND EVERYTHING. HE SAYS THERE ARE BUYERS FOR THESE BUILDING MATERIALS. THESE PERSONS MAY SELL THIS MATERIAL. Well, whether these people or not
