
TEXARKANA, Arkansas — A Miller County man was arrested after two incidents on Union Road Saturday.
David Kemp is charged with possession of a firearm by a certain individual and an act of terrorism, according to the Miller County Sheriff’s Office.
Saturday at 10:11 a.m., Cpl. Glenn Gross responded to an RV fire next to 1914 Union Road. Gross was also stopped at the scene by a man who told him the resident of the address had thrown roofing nails into the street, covering an area of about 200 feet.
The trailer was completely enveloped and there were slight bangs and explosions, the sheriff’s office said in a press release.
