Highland Roofing Co. has appointed Javier Alvarez as Service Site Manager. He will oversee quality control and safety for Highland’s service team and help manage major roof repair projects.
His responsibilities will include conducting safety audits of Highland service teams, mentoring roofing technicians and assisting with the onboarding of new technicians.
“Javier has demonstrated time and time again that he possesses strong leadership skills that can take our service department to the next level,” said DJ Dean, head of service, in the press release. “Javier embodies the qualities and work ethic it takes to enhance an already strong service department and I look forward to seeing his growth and development in the site manager position.”
Alvarez has over nine years of commercial and industrial roofing experience with all types of commercial roofing systems. Before joining Highland, Alvarez worked in the production department for Hamlin Roofing and as a service foreman for Simon Roofing, both in Garner.
