To launch their new service offerings, the company recently completed four notable commercial roofing projects.
Hill Construction has been a family-oriented business since 1956 and is known for their successful commercial construction projects. They have built over 12.5 million sq feet in the Charleston and Daniel Island, SC, areas where their headquarters are located. Roofing USA contractors tore off the existing Modified roof down to the deck and installed a new mechanically attached FireStone 60 mil TPO Roof covering 3,800 sq feet.
For Lowcountry Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, a company specializing in orthopedic surgery and pain management in Charleston, the Roofing USA team tore off the existing gravel built-up roof and installed a new FireStone 60 mil TPO Roof mechanically attached and new metal coping. The total area of this roof covered 11,000 sq feet.
Time to Shine is a newly constructed car wash in Summerville, SC. Within a week of contacting the Roofing USA team, the team installed a Firestone 60-mil white TPO Membrane roof fully adhered with new Polyiso Insulation. Ice and Water Shield roof underlayment was also installed, followed by a new Standing Seam Metal roofing system. In addition, they installed new collector heads, downspouts, and gutters for a total roofing area of 4,500 sf.
Lastly, Roofing USA completed a roof replacement for Cru Catering. They tore off the existing modified roof and installed a new Firestone fleece back 60-mil TPO fully adhered to the lightweight deck. They also installed a new edge metal. The total area for this roof was 10,000 sq feet.
