Job title: Lecturer in plumbing and heating technology (intern or qualified)

Salary/Package: up to £42,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Criteria for all candidates:
Ideally, you have a recognized teaching qualification or are willing to work towards it, e.g. B.: PGCE, Diploma in Education and Training (DET), Cert Ed or equivalent.
You must have sound professional experience in the plumbing and heating sector.
Must have a relevant degree or an Industry Recognized Qualification (NVQ).
Must have own functional skills in Mathematics and English at Level 2 or GCSE equivalents.
Organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Quality driven and willing to go the extra mile for your learners.
Tasks include:
Provide learners with a range of plumbing and heating skills from entry level to level 7.
Work with the curriculum development team to design and develop quality learning programs.
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessments and reviews.
Offer advice and guidance on work-related projects and personal development.
Overcome learning barriers and tailor offerings to learner needs.
