Whether it’s July 4th, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, or Patriots Day, there’s a place in Colorado where the US comes out “big and dominant.”
Many companies like to fly the US flag outside of their offices to show their American pride, but have you seen this one in Denver? Of course, Colorado’s capital would be the location of the state’s largest.

One has to assume that Betsy Ross would be struck by the size of this US flag waving over Highway 6 just west of I-25 in Denver. The original flag of the United States had 13 stars and 13 stripes and measured 30′ x 42′; That sounds pretty big, but it’s definitely smaller than this one (or several) that this Denver company has.
When I was in Denver for a concert, my hotel was on Highway 6 and Federal in Denver. Driving down Highway 6, I couldn’t help but notice the huge US flag on the north side of the road just before entering Federal.

If you look at the bottom right of the photo, you’ll see the sign of Time Plumbing Heating & Electric, the company that houses the flagpole and its several (yes, there’s more than one) US flags.

How big are the flags?
According to 9News, her two smaller ones are 30′ x 60′ and the big one 45’x80′.
How tall is the flagpole?
In order to hoist such large flags, you definitely need a tall flagpole; Time’s flagpole is 154 feet tall.
