William Wilson, which is owned by Wolseley, has announced that it has acquired Highland Plumbing and Heating Supplies, expanding its presence in Scotland.
Highland Plumbing and Heating Supplies was established in 2002 and has been trading successfully from premises in Tain since 2008, serving customers in and around the area but also across the UK through its active online offering.
While the businesses will integrate systems to allow customers to trade seamlessly across the branch network, from a customer perspective, Highland Plumbing and Heating Supplies will retain its identity and will continue to operate as it does now.
