Can you guess which real estate market the National Association of Realtors has called the hottest for 2023? (Hint: They live in it.)

Much ink has been shed about the slowdown in the national housing market: interest rates have risen, prices have fallen. Buyers stand on the sidelines….

But we all know that the Atlanta area is different—ok, let’s just admit it: better—than anywhere else. And when it comes to real estate, it’s no different. People move here. Young families want bigger houses and yards. Investors are still buying. And the demand exceeds the supply.

That’s why the National Association of Realtors has just named Atlanta #1 on its list of US markets with the greatest potential for growth this year.

So how do you use?

Heart & Hammer Realty’s Amanda Shelton and her husband Andy Shelton are here for you. She’s a very experienced Keller Williams top 20 percent agent. He’s a top-notch builder who knows homes inside out — and can help buyers avoid disaster and sellers avoid costly mistakes.

Want to find out how to capitalize on Atlanta’s resilient market? Call or text Amanda today at 770.572.0722 or email her at amandashelton@kw.com.

Well, today’s weather:
