This unique initiative aims to educate the public about the rich history and cultural significance of historic trees in and around Pasadena. Heritage Tree Tours, led by Pasadena Tree Services certified arborists, takes participants on guided walks through some of Pasadena’s most scenic neighborhoods, parks and gardens, highlighting notable trees with historical or cultural significance. The tours offer fascinating insight into the role of these trees in shaping the history of the area and how they continue to enrich the community.

In addition to the guided tours, Pasadena Tree Services also hosts a series of Heritage Tree Talks with guest speakers from a variety of backgrounds including historians, ecologists and arborists. These informative presentations will delve deeper into the stories behind Pasadena’s historic trees, examining their ecological importance, historical context, and the challenges they face in today’s urban environment.
