The newly filled leadership positions at Palm Tree are:
Philip Cooper, Managing Director, Investment Bank, has over three decades of experience in sectors ranging from Industrials & Manufacturing, Oil & Gas & Communications to Restaurants, and Aerospace & Defense. He advises on purchase and sale transactions, capital increases and debt restructuring.
Rouzheen Myrick, Director, Financial Due Diligence, has nearly two decades of M&A and finance experience, including over 7 billion dollars in transaction value with expertise in financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, integration, purchase price calculation and financial planning and analysis.
Spencer Hong, Director, Transitions & Transformations, has over a decade of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate FP&A, and Data & Analytics across multiple industries. He works on client engagements and business development efforts across the business, with a focus on post-closing financial integration, transitions and transformations, and value creation initiatives.
Rishi Chellani, Senior Vice President, Financial Due Diligence, began his career at Palm Tree as an associate in 2019. He focuses on financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as post-closing support of transition. He has worked on deals and transactions across a variety of industries including but not limited to consumer products, industrial services and SaaS.
Garret AdameVice President, Transitions & Transformations, joined Palm Tree in 2020 as an Analyst. Mainly focused on post-closing integration, FP&A support and accounting consulting, he leads the day-to-day client engagement activities and deliverables preparation.
In addition to senior promotions, Palm Tree has also hired 14 junior executives on both the finance and operations sides of the company. In addition to Hong and Myrick, three Operations colleagues have been appointed directors. Elsewhere, the firm promoted two senior associates, four associates, three senior analysts and two executive assistants.
In connection with the recent promotions, Palm Tree also announced that it will host the largest summer internship program in the company’s history, drawing a record number of applicants. More than 30 college students from numerous prestigious universities coast to coast will bring their academic experience to help Palm Tree achieve clients’ strategic goals.
