The water on this lane is beginning to recede. Crews are working to put the dirt back on the pavement and assess the full damage. There is currently no detour for this lane. In the south of Paris, a culvert can be seen completely exposed, the road falls out of the water. The flash flood warning expires at 11am Monday but a vigil is expected to last through Tuesday. If you encounter flood water while driving, report the lane and turn around. Don’t drive over flood water.
