On Wednesday, May 31st, the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for GO Roofing Atlanta, a local roofing company dedicated to providing the best possible service to its customers.
GO Roofing Atlanta is a North Georgia region company that offers residential roofing, apartment and condominium roofing, damage insurance and gutter services. According to sales rep Zach Floyd, the company’s goal is to make its customers feel like part of the family.
“If someone had told me a year ago where I am today, I probably would have told them that they are partly insane, largely because I retired from active duty military service and before that I was very involved with the Army,” Floyd said said, “And one thing that kind of drew me to GO Roofing Atlanta is that they have really strong core values and one of their core values is integrity, and in the Army we also have that value, integrity.”
The company’s tagline is “You have a friend in the roofing business,” Floyd said, and they strive to uphold that goal in every interaction with their customers.
“We strive to create a positive environment for our customers and to build a long-term relationship with our customers,” said Floyd. “We tend to stay in touch with all of our previous clients and treat them like they’re family themselves.”
And many of those values that the company upholds are similar to the values that so many other small businesses in the Dawson County area are proud of, said Mandy Power, President and CEO of the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce.
“You get a lot of the keywords that we’re really proud of in Dawson County — that’s family, relationships, doing business with other members and things like that — so it fits right in here,” Power said.
“I really like it up here and look forward to working with the residents of Dawson County,” Floyd said.
