Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors & Roofing is moving its corporate headquarters to 6300 N. River Road in Rosemont. Dubbed the “Feldco Hub,” the space will be the new home for the executive offices, sales, marketing, human resources, finance, IT and customer care teams. The hub will support a dozen Feldco locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana.
“After almost 20 years at our Des Plaines location, we were bursting at the seams. Due to our tremendous growth, it was time to expand as we have no plans to slow down,” said Doug Cook, owner and chairman of Feldco.
Feldco is an established, iconic brand in Chicagoland and the Midwest, and the move represents more than just a new space, it signals the future of this home renovation company. Feldco and sister company Danley’s, who together have been in the home improvement/services industry for over 100 years, will occupy the top two floors of the building, totaling nearly 40,000 square feet.
“The dynamic new space, prime Rosemont location and proximity to a variety of transportation, dining and entertainment options will make attracting top talent and retaining employees a tremendous asset. The hub will be a stepping stone for Feldco, Danley’s and our collection of companies as we look to the future. Feldco and Danley’s will begin operations Monday, April 24 at 6300 N. River Road. Feldco continues to maintain its distribution center and full operations team in Des Plaines, just a few miles from the new hub.
