Rush Street Ventures is pleased to add Arrow Plumbing (“Arrow”) to our Chicagoland Home Services platform, Harmonic Heating & Air Conditioning. Arrow Plumbing is the fourth company in the Harmonic family of companies, joining Harmonic Heating & Air Conditioning, Harmonic Home Services and Official Heating & Cooling to serve customers residing in Chicago’s North Shore, Northwest Suburbs and Western Suburbs.
Headquartered in Libertyville, Illinois, Arrow Plumbing serves customers in surrounding cities including Lake Forrest, Lincolnshire, Vernon Hills and others. The previous owners ran the company for 27 years and were ready to start the next chapter. Harmonic is pleased to offer heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) services to Arrow’ Plumbing’s existing customer base, as well as plumbing services to our existing HVAC customers who live near Harmonic’s Crystal Lake offices.

Ken Stevens will lead Arrow Plumbing as General Manager. Ken joined Harmonic Home Services as a lead plumber in 2022 after eight years running and leaving a plumbing business he founded in 2013. Ken earned his plumbing license in 2008 and his cross-connect controller examiner license in 2013. Ken also completed a two-year plumbing apprenticeship with Associated Builders and Contractors.
