FOOTIE star Shay Logan has closed his plumbing business.
The former Aberdeen defender started the company as a replacement when his playing days ended – but now appears to be looking for work in the oil industry.

He announced on LinkedIn that he was “open to work” and preparing for an offshore career.
Logan wrote, “I’m looking for new job opportunities, have completed courses and picked up new rope access and drilling skills.
“I’ve been a mostly footballer since I was 16 and I’m very single-minded in everything I set my mind to.
“Working in the oil business is something I will devote myself to 100 percent.”
Logan, 35, played for Manchester City and Brentford before becoming a Dons fan favorite between 2014 and 2021.
Now with Scottish League One club Cove Rangers, he founded Plumbing and Heating with a pal Logan Wilson in 2020, posting photos of the team and their fleet of vans online and offering boiler installation and maintenance.
But the website domain has since expired and phone calls go straight to voicemail.
Logan has filed documents for the company’s dissolution with Companies House.
Last year he was fined £1,200 and given a 14-month road ban for driving under the influence after a night out with work friends in Aberdeen in 2020.
His lawyer said he had “a difficult time”.
Logan could not be reached for comment.
