Samsung Earns Highest Ranks in Product and Service Quality for TV and Home Appliances by ACSI®

Samsung Electronics America underscored its leadership in products and services, being ranked #1 for “Total Product Quality and Service” for televisions and home appliances in the 2022 American Customer Satisfaction Index Survey.1,3 The company was an industry leader in the following areas for its excellent product quality , Service Repair, Mobile App Reliability, and Warranty Coverage:

The American Customer Satisfaction Index Survey (ACSI) is the only cross-industry measurement of customer satisfaction in the United States. Since 1994, the survey has been the leader in analyzing consumer sentiment about the products and services they use most.

Between July 2021 and June 2022, the ACSI Household Appliance and Electronics Study surveyed nearly 5,500 US consumers who recently purchased appliances from leading manufacturers to rate the quality of their experience across a variety of categories. Between April 2022 and June 2022, the ACSI TV study surveyed nearly 1,500 US consumers who recently purchased televisions from leading manufacturers to rate the quality of their experience across a variety of categories.

The survey evaluates 10 key product touchpoints: Durability, Exterior Design, Website Satisfaction, Mobile App Reliability, Mobile App Quality, Warranty Coverage, Courtesy and Helpfulness of Service Technician, Service Fix Result, Service Fix Timeliness, and Ease of Service Organization.
