Today it is unusual that a company can be fast, competent, efficient, reliable, friendly and helpful at the same time. It is even rarer that you will see a company that possesses all of the above and has a team that works together to get the job done efficiently and on time, while ensuring that costs remain affordable for the community.
Yesterday was very eventful and productive, to say the least, here at my parents’ house.
My dad noticed water leaking from her fridge and couldn’t find the leak anywhere. My dad turned off the faucet to the fridge to find out where the leak was and what we needed to fix. As my father’s health has progressively/rapidly deteriorated, it is becoming more difficult for him to do what he used to be able to do. I did my best to help and finally broke down and said I would call my friend for help but I couldn’t remember his name to save my life (it made me feel bad). Then I went to the old Facebook page and posted a post asking about refrigerator repairs. Thank you everyone for the recommendations. As I started reading the comments I realized that it was Robert Brantley who had helped us once before right after the hail/tornado.
I called and left a voicemail. Within a minute I got a call back from a lady named Christy from Cullman Appliance Repair! Christy was so nice and very helpful. She asked me a few questions and then gave me more detailed information and what to expect. She explained the service fee, flat rates and parts/labor costs where justified. She was also willing to set up an appointment as early as Wednesday for one of her team members to stop by this week. I was impressed by her knowledge, friendliness, helpfulness and friendly, professional attitude and made me feel like a human being and not just another customer. I told her that as soon as my mother got home yesterday afternoon we would discuss what my mother would do to get her fridge fixed. Christy said that was fine and we could call back if we needed her.
As soon as I hung up, Robert called me. I told him what was wrong and if it could be fixed. Little did I know it was just a minor issue that could be fixed with some hot water!! He explained what I needed to do as we had already pulled out the fridge and removed the covers. I learned a lot about our fridge yesterday that I didn’t know before. This knowledge will now accompany me for the rest of my life!
With all that said, I would like to give kudos to Robert Brantley and Christy Best at Cullman Appliance Repair!!
Cullman Appliance Repair is the epitome of a local business here in Cullman that provides excellent customer service!!
